Hey!
Procreate for iPad (https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/procreate/id425073498?mt=8) is an amazing tool. I’m falling more in love with it weekly. Not only can you do awesome digital marbling on it, crazy digital art, and lovely textured illustrations, but you can use it for animation too! It’s not often that such a powerful set of illustration features are packed into an animation tool. But that’s what Procreate offers! Procreate is Awesome. Animation is Amazing. So, Procreate Animation is Awezing!
