We are obsessed with the destructive power of the dinosaurs. I see no harm in indulging that darker part of our fascination.
I always love a dinosaur summer.
Maybe we’ll someday get a winter dinosaur flick where fuzzy tyrannosaurs and Pachyrhinosaurus menace squishy, fleeing people, but there’s just something about the terrible lizards that suits summer best. It feels closer to the Mesozoic somehow, even in the flickering dark with buttery popcorn in hand.
