Good morning!

Welcome to the first BoutiqueOS weekly update. Every week I'll send a quick note on what shipped, what's improved, and what's coming. You can always find the full changelog inside the app under Help → What's New.

Here's what's worth knowing this week:

🎨 Editable color names on import
Vendor files love abbreviations — "BLK," "BRO," "NVY." Those would flow straight into your POS and onto your website. You can now fix color names right on the review page before anything imports. One less thing to clean up later.

🔧 Multi-color styles now import correctly
If you were importing a style in multiple colors (say, Black and Ivory), the second color was silently failing. That's fixed — all colors now import successfully.

📘 Klaviyo Setup Guide is live
If you've been waiting to connect Klaviyo for ReviewAI, RetargetAI, or FirstDibsAI — the full step-by-step guide is now in Help → Guides. Covers API key setup, flow creation, and how to send your first test message.

Other updates made this week:

• Faire combined sizes (SM, ML) now import as proper size grids
• Import no longer matches inactive/deactivated items in your POS
• StoreIQ now shows all five data windows (3mo through All Time)
• "Chase List" renamed to "Selling Fast, Running Low" — with a reminder to check margin before reordering
• ReviewAI and RetargetAI now return up to 10 contacts per batch (up from 5)
• Brand names in outreach messages are now proper case, not ALL CAPS
• Each outreach tool now has a "How this works" explainer so you know exactly how candidates are selected

👀 Coming soon:

🏷️ ClearanceAI — automatically flags aging inventory based on a threshold you set, and allows automatic tagging in Shopify based on your settings and preferences
🧾 Receipt Reconciliation — matches Heartland receipts to QuickBooks journal entries and catches missing freight charges
