Here's what you need to know from this week:

📦 Import orders directly from your brands You're no longer limited to JOOR, NuOrder, and Faire. You can now import wholesale orders directly from Z Supply, Jade, Joy Joy, Julie Vos, and eNewton — just select the brand from the dropdown on the Import page and upload the PDF. I'm adding more brands regularly, so if there's one you'd like to see, let me know!

📊 Brands page — cleaner Profit column The Profit (GMROI) column on the Brands page was showing some misleading numbers on shorter time windows. It now only displays on the All Time view where the math is most accurate — shorter windows show a dash instead. If you've been confused by a brand showing $5+ profit per dollar invested, this is the fix. The best way to judge profitability in the shorter time frames is to use the margin.

💬 Better outreach messages across all three tools ReviewAI, RetargetAI, and FirstDibsAI all have warmer, more personal message templates now. They read more like a text from you to a customer you actually know — not a marketing blast. You'll also see a new "Different tone" button on each customer card so you can cycle through message styles and pick the one that feels right.

🏷️ Configurable win-back discount RetargetAI messages can now include your own discount offer. Go to Settings → Tool Settings → Customer Outreach and set your percentage and promo code. If you leave it blank, the message just skips the offer entirely — no more hardcoded "20% off" that might not match your actual promotion.
