Quick Update on Data Syncs

Quick update from the BoutiqueOS team.
Our nightly sync with Heartland has been running smoothly — your inventory, customers, and recent sales data are all up to date every morning. However, we discovered that when some stores were first connected, only the last 12 months of sales history was pulled in. Everything since then has been captured perfectly, but the older history was never loaded.
This matters because features like sell-through rates, brand performance trends, and GMROI are more accurate with deeper history.
We've already identified which stores are affected and are running a full historical backfill today. By tomorrow morning's sync, your account will have your complete sales history from Heartland — going back as far as your POS has records.
No action needed on your end. If you have any questions, just reply to this email.
