A Crunch Time Roundup
Hi, all,
I spent a good time this week working on an article and IRL job stuff so I did not have much brain power to think about other things! Of course, if you've been reading this newsletter since September, the subject of the article will not surprise you and you will hear about it here.
Speaking of crunches, I got billed for the Rainbow Rodeo web hosting and it was uh...way more than last time. I was able to get a partial refund and I'll include it in the budget for the fundraising campaign for next issue but, tbh, subscribing to the Patreon if you can will help me know that this project is worth the time and expense.
Thanks, as always, for reading! Have a safe and fun Halloween!
News
Not to toot my own horn or anything but I was interviewed on the Rainbow Remix podcast about this here website and zine! We met on Threads! Seems like it's becoming a worthwhile place for creators but I'm not sure how much normies (ie, music fans, etc) are using it.
Speaking of social media, you can now find Rainbow Rodeo on Bluesky at @rainbowrodeo.bsky.social I've got many invite codes if you're still looking for one.
