Celebrating each full moon with a cartoon

Cartoons for the Moon: Volume 13

January 2025

Happy New Year! This is the first issue of Cartoons for the Moon of the year. Read below to see me get transported to the 17th century.

Happy full moon.

xo,

rabidya

Three panel comic called Cartoons for the Moon by rabidya. The title of this issue is Salem. First panel: top text says “me getting transported to 17th century New England” and shows a drawing of me with my eyes closed and there are clouds behind me. I say “I have a headache. I guess it’s going to snow…”. Panel 2 shows a crowd of men behind me in tall hats and it starts to snow. The one on the far right says “did you hear that? She predicted the weather!” And my eyes are wide open and I am gasping. Third panel shows a man in a tall hat with a torch saying “she’s a witch! Burn her!” My back is to the viewer with my arms up and I am yelling “no! It’s just a headache!”
I absolutely would have been accused of witchcraft if I were alive back then…
