You Could Just Choose Optimism
Hey there - we just published a new essay.
Probably one of the most dangerous behaviors that most people (including us!) engage with on a daily basis is complaining. It is so easy to complain. Anything is fodder for complaining. It’s addicting.
But complaining is not a very good way to go through life. And when frustrating things happen to you, nobody is actually forcing you to complain. There’s not a gun to your head. Still, you (and we) complain.
Why? And how could we choose optimism more often?
Here are some thoughts. Reply to this email or send us a new email here if you have any thoughts of your own.
Until next time,
- Carter and Jordan
P.S. If you find this, or any of our essays, interesting, the most helpful thing you can do it to pass the essay onto a friend who might find it interesting, too :)
