Hi there - we just published an essay.
I’m sure you know people who are perfectionists. People who aim to do everything at a 10/10 level. People who made sure to get an A in all their classes back in school. Perhaps you are one of these people.
Sometimes, these hardworking perfectionists are contrasted with “lazy” people who just do the bare minimum to get by. Our essay this week is about why perfectionism is, actually, quite an imperfect strategy.
(And why it’s often lazier than doing the ‘bare minimum’).
And by the way - we’re currently running a curious survey for curious people. We’d encourage you to go answer the questions (it’ll only take a few minutes, and hopefully will be fun) at this link here.
Until next week,
- Jordan and Carter
