We just published a new essay: iTeam.

You’ve probably heard people say there is no ‘i’ in team. If you are an adult and not an elementary school child on a rec soccer team, maybe you have more recently heard its adult variant: check your ego at the door.

So we put one there. iTeam. Why? Because putting the ‘i’ in team might actually be the most important part of being an effective team member.
