Empathy for Dummies

Hey there - we just published a new piece.

It’s a bit ridiculous to write about how to have empathy. That’s a feelings thing, right?

(It mostly is.)

But one thing we’ve observed over time is that not everyone shares the same definition of empathy. And in fact the most common definition of empathy that people use may not be the right one.

Here are some thoughts on that.
