Cure Your Scrolling Addiction

Hey there - we just published a new essay.

The premise? We all know that scrolling — social media, newsfeeds, whatever — is bad. Most of us scroll too much. But the world is just too perfectly designed for scrolling: every app has a feed. Every social app has addictive short-form content. Scrolling has become a default.

This essay offers a fun 30-day path to resetting that default. It’s designed to actually work, because saying things like “I’m going to delete social media!” rarely generates positive results.
