🎫 Buy your ticket before we sell out!
If you’re planning on attending but haven’t yet bought your ticket, please do as soon as possible (it’s looking like we might sell out). And if you have bought your ticket already, thank you!
We’re submitting the badges for printing on the 21st. If you want a nicely printed out one with your name, pronouns, etc, please order it BEFORE 11:59pm ON THE 21st. After that, we’ll have to write your name on the badge manually.
👕 T-Shirts Now On Sale!
Our conference t-shirt sale is live! Unfortunately we weren't able to arrange to have shirts shipped to the conference, but you can order them to be delivered to you. The sale ends October 6th, 2025. Note that a minimum of 16 shirts must be sold for Custom Ink to produce a run of the shirts.

We’re working hard on badges, snacks, decor, and signage, but we can’t put together a community conference without community volunteers. If you’d like to help out, please take a look at our volunteer listings and reach out at volunteers@pybeach.org

As a reminder: We don’t want ticket prices to keep anyone from attending! So, we have discounted tickets of just $35 for students and unemployed folks! If that’s too much, please ping us at financialaid@pybeach.org to get a reduced price or free ticket.
