The next PTVM men's breakfast will be at Bob Evans on Rt. 30 in Valparaiso, IN (the same place where we met previously) on Tuesday, January 9, 2024, at 7:15am (next week!).

Interested in reading the Church Fathers?
Beginning on Thursday evening, January 11, 2024, at 7pm, PTVM men are invited to gather monthly to read and discuss the Church Fathers (i.e., "Patristics").
You do not need to read anything before the first meeting. The first book we will read will be On the Incarnation by St. Athanasius. There won't be sufficient copies in the book store in time (but we will coordinate this for future readings), but I recommend the version in the "Popular Patristics" series (translated by Fr. John Behr), which is available directly from SVS Press at https://svspress.com/on-the-incarnation-english-only/ (it may be slightly cheaper on Amazon).

The first meeting will be to discuss the general format, the next book we will read, and scheduling going forward to best accommodate the men who are interested.
