I wrote a post about an AI board of advisors I built for my consultancy. Five separate personas, each with its own point of view, its own memory, and its own convictions.

I have been using Claude as a sounding board and a thought partner for a while. After some time, the answers and points of view were becoming too predictable. So instead of one assistant I built a panel of five, each set up as its own bundle of files: an identity, a voice, and separate short-term and long-term memory. I can talk to any one of them on its own, run a few together, or put the whole panel on something and let them push back on each other directly.

This is the first in a series of posts around this project. I will get deeper into the technical weeds of what I built, and the testing I've done, in future posts.
