Summary of the Last Meeting (3/13/2024)
Two very big and fun things are coming up this weekend:
First is the Princeton Zine Fest (Saturday, March 16, 10:00 - 5:00). Our group will have a table there, and Masha is planning a black-and-white zine of our artwork to display at the table. If you have art that you want included in the zine, please email it to princetoncomicmakers@gmail.com ASAP! The Zine Fest is only 3 days away!
Second is MoCCA Fest (March 16-17), for which Trevor is organizing a meetup group on Sunday, March 17! In the Discord, please go to "in-person-events" channel to find the info doc that Trevor made, which includes general info about MoCCA Fest as well as ways to travel there, how to talk to other artists there, programming, and general reminders.
Reminders
As you may have noticed, some important planning is going on in the Discord server. If you are interested in joining but haven't yet, please click here for the invitation link. At first, you'll only see the "about-rules" channel; just enter the command written at the bottom of the guidelines to access to the rest of the server. And if the link doesn't work, let us know and we'll send you another.
Additionally, an Events role has been added to the server. If you wish to receive updates, news, coordination, etc. for real life events such as zine fests or conventions, please make sure to opt in.
