Summary of the Last Meeting (2/20/2024)
A number of you seemed interested in MoCCA Fest, which for those who don't know, is a convention run by the Society of Illustrators that focuses on independent comics. If any of you want to go together or meet up there, feel free to organize amongst yourselves! This year, MoCCA Fest will be March 16-17 at the Metropolitan Pavilion on 125 W 18th Street, New York, NY 10011. Tickets range between $12-18, and can be bought either in person or online. Additionally, you may have noticed that we took some photos. These photos are for our Instagram page. We ask if people are comfortable with themselves or their art being included. Please always feel free to let us know if you'd rather not be in them!

They are also looking for volunteer help:
We are looking for 2-3 volunteers to help run the Zine Making area from 1-4 pm. Perhaps there are creative types who do not have zines to exhibit, but would still like to take part and contribute. They could volunteer for an hour or all three.
