[RVR 2021] Ticket Sales Announcement+Tulu Tulu Lolita Vendor Spotlight

Hi everyone! Our vendor spotlight this week features Tulu Tulu Lolita!! Tulu Tulu Lolita will be remote vending at our #RoyalVegasRetreat2021 event. Check out the mini interview below.

Announcement: we will have a limited number of GA and VIP tickets available for purchase at full price ($125 for GA, $200 for VIP) starting August 14 at 12:00 PM PT on Eventbrite. If you purchased ticket reservations last month, we will email with you with instructions on how to pay the remaining cost of your ticket.

What is the story behind your shop and brand logo? I strive to create a size friendly Lolita Fashion shop. My logo has a curve that resembles curvy body shape and purple was chosen as our logo background colour because it a royalty-only colour for royalties in ancient Asia. I would like my customers of curvy shapes to feel like royalty when they wear my fashion.

What would your brand “elevator pitch” be? Kawaii at all sizes and ages. With our dresses, you can feel kawaii at any ages and bodyshapes.

How has your brand evolved since its inception? We have included different clothing categories from petticoats to outerwear such as coats and dresses.

What does a day in the studio look like for you? Quality control, communicating with suppliers, research about dress patterns and colour palette.

What are your favourite materials to work with? Chiffon, so sheer and light and easier to cute and sew because of its texture.

Who is your favourite designer with less than 5,000 followers that you feel others need to know about? @puvithel, oops she has more than 7000 fans now but oh my she is awesome.

Who is your favourite designer with more than 500,000 followers that influences you? @coco_for_chanel/Coco Chanel. She brings simplicity to modern fashion and makes every girl fall in love with wearing pants. In the past, only men wore pants. I really enjoy how she revolutionized the entire fashion world.
