RVR 2021: Ticket Reservation Date and Room Booking!

Hey everyone! This is a super-special, fun, and important announcement - we’re talking about when and how you can reserve your ticket for RVR 2021 and how to book your room onsite at the MGM Grand Las Vegas.

Ticket Reservations

Ticket reservations will open on June 26th at 12:00 PM PT. At this time, you will be able to reserve your GA or VIP ticket on our Eventbrite page. (Our Eventbrite page still shows us as postponed right now - don’t worry! We will be making updates behind the scenes to prepare for ticket sales.)

How Much Does it Cost to Reserve My Ticket?

GA tickets will cost $5 to reserve. VIP tickets will cost $20 to reserve. Only GA and VIP tickets will be available during the reservation period.

When Does the Reservation Period End?

The reservation period ends July 31st or when we sell out of tickets. Per last week’s email, we are lowering our attendance cap. Additionally, VIP tickets are in very short supply, so if you’re interested in snagging one, mark your calendar and set an alarm!

When Do I Pay the Remainder of My Ticket Price?

On August 14th we will ask everyone who reserved a ticket during the reservation period to pay the remainder of their ticket price. At this time, you will pay the remaining $120 for GA tickets and $180 for VIP tickets. In addition, if any tickets remain after the reservation period, or if we are able to increase our attendance cap, we will offer GA, VIP, and Limited-Access Partner Pass tickets at full price. Prices are as follows: * GA: $125 * VIP: $200 * Partner Pass: $20

Per our last announcement, we are no longer offering Sunday-only tickets. The Partner Pass is a special ticket type for partners of attendees who do not wear J-fashion. Partner Pass ticketholders are not required to adhere to the dress code. However, they may only access the vendors’ area and fashion show content.

Can I Get a Refund on My Ticket?

In order to ensure the safety of our event, we will offer refunds on tickets, no questions asked, between October 16 and November 17. During this period, if you are sick or test positive for COVID and can no longer attend our event, please request a refund by sending an email to registration@prettyprincess.club.

Room Reservations

Room reservations onsite at the opulent MGM Grand Las Vegas are OPEN NOW. Reserve your room using our Passkey link by October 19: https://book.passkey.com/go/sroy1121mg. Use our Passkey link for a guaranteed great room rate as prices fluctuate in response to increasing tourist demand, and stay onsite to enjoy the convenience of being able to hop to and from the convention to your hotel room without time spent commuting via taxi or rideshare.

Call to action: across the US, the assault on reproductive rights continues. Abortions are a necessary aspect of healthcare. Consider giving to the National Network of Abortion Funds or directly to an organization like the Yellowhammer Fund that works in Alabama and the Deep South.

As you continue to extend support, advocacy, and solidarity for Palestine, continue also to be vigilant about misinformation and understanding the origins of Zionism, the impact of sharing violent images on social media, and understanding the intended audience of a petition and its intended impact before signing.
