Street Library Australia
Street Libraries are beautiful homes for books, planted in your front yard
So when my kids were much younger, we tried to read to them every day. And although some favourite books were re-read numerous times, we still went through an inordinate amount of books. We sourced books from local libraries, school book fairs, book shops, second hand shops, grand parents - LOTS of books. And when the kids got tired of their older books, we donated them back into circulation. But one thing we didn’t have access to back then, which would have been #awesome today, is access to a collection of local street libraries where books could be shared more freely.
