By opening CACM to the world, ACM hopes to increase engagement with the broader computer science community and encourage non-members to discover its rich resources and the benefits of joining the largest professional computer science organization.
That's 60+ years of Computer Science content that is now widely available. One can only hope that this makes a positive impact on our industries ability to forget the past and reinvent solutions to stuff that we solved previously #awesome
