Something is coming that I think changes how psychometric assessment works. I'm not ready to say more than that yet — but I need your help to get there.
We're previewing a new instrument on the platform. Right now it's simple and short — deliberately so. It will soon form the basis of something much bigger, but at this stage what I need most is people to try it.
You can try it here — no account needed: https://app.potentialisation.com/try/69d646f817bf600d405c8deb
The report at the end is deliberately simple for now — that's not the bit I need feedback on. What I want to know is: did the process flow? Was anything confusing? Did anything break? How did it feel to go through? Reply to this email with anything at all.
I watched something this week that sharpened the urgency behind all of this. A claim that 99% of white-collar jobs will be replaceable by AI within two years. You can argue the timeline, but the direction isn't in doubt. And when the thing that gets automated is the thing your identity was built on — knowing what you're actually made of, underneath the job title, becomes survival equipment. That's what we're building for.
What's new on LinkedIn
Published my first article on LinkedIn that links to the platform: why I'm building a free psychometric platform in the age of AI. If it resonates, a like or share makes a genuinely huge difference while we're building from scratch. Why I'm building a free psychometric platform in the age of AI
A piece on Gen Z actively sabotaging AI rollout at work — and why it's really about identity, not technology.
We're building up LinkedIn from scratch. If any of these land with you, likes and shares make a genuinely huge difference at this stage.

The video that prompted the thought above: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5ak26W2YNRY — worth watching whether you agree with the timeline or not.
Questions not answers. Roads not destinations.
