Cerebras Files for IPO With a $20B OpenAI Deal and a Chip the Size of a Dinner Plate

Nvidia has a new formal challenger β€” and it has a chip 58 times bigger than Nvidia's B200. On April 17, AI chipmaker Cerebras Systems filed its S-1 registration statement with the SEC, targeting a Nasdaq listing under the ticker CBRS at a valuation of $22 to $25 billion, aiming to raise approximately $2 billion. Goldman Sachs Says AI Is Cutting 16,000 US Jobs Per Month β€” and Gen Z Is the Hardest Hit
