2022 Orionid meteor shower: All you need to know
While the Orionid meteor shower technically started this morning, the overall duration of the shower spans between September 26 to November 22. You may still be able to catch a glimpse of meteors over the weekend if you’re lucky!

Federal prosecutors say city and NYPD have duty to keep NYC sidewalks clear for pedestrians
NYC has a long history of the police abusing traffic laws, parking in bike lanes, abusing placards, ghost vehicles/plates and of course — sidewalks. Just visit any NYPD precinct and you’ll see police cruisers double parked and civilian cars parked on sidewalks. It’s unbearable, and frankly hideous. Hopefully federal prosecutors can incentivize these cops into taking care of their neighborhoods.
