Over the last few months I’ve been noting down little bits and pieces that I find useful in my daily work. Rules of thumb, lenses to look at challenges from a different perspectives, some things that tend to get me unstuck when I struggle with some client (or in-house) issue. I figured this might be useful to some of you out there, too. So in the spirit of a little cheat sheet, I present to you: The Little Book of Strategy. A super quick read of <20 pages of actionable advice to get you unstuck and move you along on your strategy and leadership journey.
