🚦 What’s next
We're spending this week and next standing up our Steering Team, which will help lead all things operations — volunteer coordination, project scoping, internal documentation, and more.

Our first meeting is Wednesday, and we’ll start planning what needs to get done.

🛠Project updates
We have one confirmed project, and we're actively talking with several more groups to assess fit and staffing. If you know of an organization that could use support, please have them email info@digitalcorpspdx.org. I'd been waiting until we met with potential volunteers before really putting out a bat signal for project partners, but we're going to start ramping that up after the steering team gets going.

Over the next week, we're aiming to:
- Document our project scoping and staffing process
- Organize guidance for volunteer roles and team structures
- Draft MOUs and admin templates for partners
This is only possible because so many of you showed up ready to support our community. It’s seriously cool, and I’m excited for what we’ll build together. Look for more details about an in-person mixer sometime in April, soon!
