Folks might reasonably have questions before donating. Given... [gesturing broadly here]... everything, what does it mean to run a campaign for Carrboro Town Council this Fall? Now that filing for Carrboro Town Council has closed, in what ways has your strategy changed?

These are great questions, and I have draft answers, but the full answers will be shaped together with the friends and neighbors who show up to do the work. This is my community, so it's my work. I will of course be a consistent voice pointing again to the goals of Anti-Racist Learning and Action, Better Housing, Climate Action, and Transportation Transformation.

I'll tell you part of the answer regardless: we're going to give people easy ways to show up and meet their neighbors in ways that promote communities connecting with each other, and that will involve me (and hopefully you, reading this) feeling confident and supported as you hit the streets of Carrboro to talk with others about the future of this Town we love.
