Hope you’re keeping warm through this cold season. Here’s some of the latest news from Pack Dynamics to warn you up.

Evie Smash:

Made lots of progress on Magefight: Arena this past month including improving game feel, AI, and controller support! I’ve made lots of progress on the core loop of the game and plan to write about it more soon. You can read my most recent writeup of different approaches I’ve tried with VFX for the game and watch some gameplay here!

Spoony has finished artwork for Mistress Evaline and begun working on Julian. You can read the character bios and check out concept artwork for free here on my Patreon.

This next month I’m planning to further refine the core game and perhaps add some music into the mix!

Malerouille:

Vocal performances and new music have both been added into Wyrd Flings! There are also new quality-of-life improvements to make the experience overall even more enjoyable.

There’s an ongoing vote free for anyone to make their voice heard and suggest the next monster Malerouille adds to the game!

Blind Wolf Games:

Development on Witchy Dare is still on-going, slowed due to life events. However the game is still being made and the team plans to develop a new game for Strawberry Jam 10 so that means more games for you to play by the end of this next month!

SpoonyCatt:

In addition to working on Magefight, Spoony and Evie set time apart to jam out the core mechanics of a narrative horror game. Spoony put together a fun short video showing our progress over five days!
