Identify one thing you’re doing today that isn’t serving you. It might be checking your email every 5 minutes, scrolling through social media, or engaging in a toxic conversation.

Stop doing it.

Write it down somewhere and keep reminding yourself throughout the day to stop doing it. This exercise requires practicing a lot of present consciousness.

By eliminating this one non-essential task, you’ll free up mental energy and time to focus on what truly matters. And who knows, you might just discover a newfound sense of clarity and purpose.
