How to live with yourself.

One of the most important skills we can adopt is being able to live with yourself peacefully and joyfully, without the need for external gratification. The process of accepting and loving yourself extends into a world of bliss and salvation.

Steps to living with yourself:

  • Talk to your self. (Having open dialogue with your self out loud will help you become closer to your self and find trust in your own being.)

  • Comfort your self. (Whenever you feel sad or lonely, tell your self out loud that “you are okay, you should never forget you have your self by your side at all times, you have me”.)

  • Believe in your self. (Be your own hype man, tell yourself words out loud such as “ you got this! Keep pushing! Almost there! Well done!”)

It’s important to love yourself the way you would love others, so be verbal with your self to articulate that love. You are not crazy! You are simply comfortable in your own company!
