Journaling:
Pick up a pen, pick up a notebook or a piece of paper, and start writing. (I've included for you below what you can write about.) Try to keep your writing somewhere safe, somewhere you can go back to and go over what you have written. But don’t stress it, if you need to write somewhere you can’t come back to, don’t stress it, write. Allow your thoughts to manifest in a piece of writing. Let it out.
