Noticing a thought, emotion, or physical sensation: Become aware of your internal experience without trying to change it.
Labelling it with a neutral term: Give the experience a brief, descriptive label, such as “thinking,” “feeling anxious,” or “physical tension.”
Letting go of judgment and attachment: Release any emotional investment in the experience, allowing yourself to observe it objectively.
