the Scout
Hi, excuse me, sorry to bother, but do you happen to know what time it is?
If you said "time for a new synth instrument", you are very weird but correct! The subject of your prescience is called the Scout, and it's a 17-key, 3D-printed, Arduino-compatible, Open-Source lil cutie. Whew!

The DIY kit takes about 45min to solder and assemble and about 9 hours to 3D print. I think it's a perfect fit for young folks getting into electronics, STEAM workshoppers, and weekend hobbyists. If you've been waiting for a kit from me that's easier to put together but still undoubtedly musical, this is it!
