Naming feelings as they come up. Letting them take up space instead of judging them. I've been finding some comfort in Rilke recently. I remember people leaving quotes of his (especially this one) as a teen. They feel just as true now that I'm in my second adolescence, but maybe they're just true at any time because they offer generosity and breadth to the time that we do have.
