I went to a cute yarn store in the East Village today to start some knitting projects. The yarn looked like sticky candy on a taffy puller.

I've been thinking about craft lately and how much I want some of the folds in my brain to work easily like gears running together. My indulgence of the week is the belief that if I return to work that is enjoyable (like knitting this perfect mint green bonnet), I will be able to work the other parts of my mind that aren't as enjoyable.
