Edition 3 — Human under the ice
Dear reader,
Edition 3 of The Open Visor has been published — Human under the ice.
In this edition I wrote to my grandchildren — about what they are no longer taught, but should know. Ten articles on primal feeling, the triple brain, and the human we no longer train. Together they carry one question: what has happened to the nervous system of Western humans, and how do we recover the natural attention that has been taken from us?
In this edition, among other things:
- Editorial — why this edition is needed now
- The primal feeling — what humans knew before the office
- Seven dimensions — the senses we have renounced
- Three layers — the architecture of the triple brain
- AI in education — what is lost when children no longer learn with their hands
- The primal feeling in professional practice — the architect, the baker, the farmer
For those who prefer to listen: every article has a read-aloud function. For those who prefer to read: PDF and Word are downloadable per article.

One request to you. If you know one person for whom this edition seems written — send them the address openvizier.org/en/edition-3/. One person. That is enough. When 41 readers do this, we are 82. When they do the same, 164. No march, no campaign — just one targeted invitation.
For those who wish to think further about sharing — who, and how — I wrote a short page with four circles and a routing map per edition: openvizier.org/en/share.html.
Until the next edition — which appears when it is ready, without a fixed calendar.
With warm regards, Jacobus van Merksteijn Malta
