Recent releases and developments:
Version 1.1.2 of the Documentation repo has been released: it contains updated screen shots, corrected links to OpenSecOps on GitHub, and a few typos have been fixed.
Version 2.1.0 of the OpenSecOps Installer, the tool to download, build and install all OpenSecOps repos and components, has been released.
An indentation bug in one of the permission set files has been corrected, and the README has been updated for added clarity.
Also, the default version of Claude Sonnet has been upgraded from 3.7 to 4.0 in the apps.example/soar/parameters.toml file (line 172). If you want to give this new version a spin, copy this value (“us.anthropic.claude-sonnet-4-20250514-v1:0“, for instance) to the same place in apps, your local configuration hierarchy, then redeploy the SOAR.Peter Bengtson is going to Münich on the 27th to give a talk about OpenSecOps to the AWS User Community there, hosted by HiQ.
