you're looking at 20 years and you're looking good...

Hello, I'm back and attempting to get my act back together again.

Behold! The skull!

So where are we?

Yes.

The Coburg Makers Market was nice. I made about $1.10 over the stall fee. Which is frustrating, but I did my best.

I do think I need to improve my stall set up. I've got ideas but I'm going to need a bit of cash and space to build what I have in mind. I do need the zines to be better displayed at the very least.

The crochet badge cubes worked well i think.

The pyrography also came out rather nice. But no body bought them.

Much to ponder.

Volume 1 of Sammy doom is going into g- zines vending machine. I've also left a stack of zines with them for the swap and sell at the Geelong library tomorrow.

I'll be at the Coburg Makers Market on Saturday 24th October.

Hallozeen on Sunday 25th October.

And Healesville zine fair on Saturday 31st October.

Very busy 2 weeks coming up. Lots of driving on the 31st. Heaps is near 2 hours away by car. I'm the headed to forge festival straight after (the tickets we less that $30. And I had no idea about the zine fair until well after). I plan on sleeping the next day away.

I'm currently trying to carve this stick into a hair pin and have already cut myself. Oops.

So what am I listening to in the car right now? You may ask.

Well, the hope demolition project by pj Harvey, sans sols, smoko at the pet food factory, the cup of pestilence by frenzel rhomb and re:create by placebo.

It’s an odd mix. But I think that's why it's working for me at the moment. I'm also trying to make play list of bands of the forge festival line up via band camp.

San souci 23 year anniversary gig at the croxton was great. Short (no encore) but it was a good time and I was very glad I went.

Coming up amongst the markets I'm trying to get some art done for some gallery call outs. I dearly want to get something done for 45 down stairs small exhibition. But I keep blanking on what I want to do.

I also want to get two comics started and at least the first pages of them posted on here before the end of the year.

So with that in mind I'm going to go and get busy.

I'll see you all next week.

P.s. I still have stock with the zine gang distro https://www.etsy.com/au/shop/ZineGangDistro

if you can't make it to any markets.
