Its the end of the world as we know it and I feel fine...
hello again. here’s the comic:
The big switch-a-roo. Back to the begining as one small duck is what i originally started out as. I tried to change things and make myself seem a bit more ‘grown up’ by changing things to ‘a thousand hungry thorns’. But its a bit of a mouthful and I’m not overly mature. A strange phoenix moment… but duck shaped.
Now, to explain the unintended absence.
I delibratly took the week after festival of the photocopier. things got away from me a bit. Then on of the family dogs die. Mum’s little lap dog, Coal sadly passed on, leaving me feel kind of numb. Then some horrible days at the day job. A fender bender in a car park (my fualt) and bad fall on my good knee. Making my bad knee worse.
Its all small things, but the stress is eating at me a bit.

also. new zine.
Stuart (@watermonkeystuff over on tumblr) printed up the zines. I have 8 at the moment which is good for the next zine fair. whenever that maybe.
A little side project I’m working on to get my art brain working is called ‘The One Page’ project. The only real restriction is that it’s on an A4 page. Any medium. Any topic. Any style. Sorry I forgot to take a photo. Next newsletter.
other things. NO new music right now. But have finished some comics.
After God written and illustrated by Sumi Eno. The gods have descended on the world. and can kill with one look. Its a fascinating and I’m not 100% sure whats going to happen. And the art is gorgeous.
also I’m reading Parliament of Rooks, which I’m enjoying and again great art work. i got both from All Star Comics on queen street in Melbourne. and I got the items from the kick starter I backed!
so. much. shiny.
It will would be nice to do a kickstarter one day. maybe sammy doom? who knows.
also random stickers.
That’s enough for now I think. I’m going to get something to eat then change the names of things.
You too should eat something. Maybe try to change something. Even if its something small. It might be the something you need.
