We're all back home from our Barcelona off-site, closing off this year's series of big-brain oio workshops and lectures at some of Europe's best design schools. Meanwhile, we've been cooking up a bunch of projects that we're almost ready to share with the world. While we wait for them to cool off, we thought we'd share some teasers.

🔊 oio.radio is back

🎉🪩 We've just celebrated oio.radio's birthday by bringing it back online! For the newcomers, oio radio is a project that started with the pandemic, where anyone could stream on our platform from anywhere. After being silent for a few years, we decided to bring it back, also thanks to Discord user @rdup, who’s helping us program the schedule and keeps the vibes running. For now, it’s an online radio with a curated selection, but we have plans to add more content in the future, beyond music.

This year's workshop season just ended, and we've been looking back on all the teaching we've done in the last few years. As the hype over AI overtook the buzz about blocks and chains, we kept our formula for a Machine Learning workshop pretty much the same: 1) here's what machine learning is - 2) here's how to train your own model - 3) let's use the model you've just made for some creative purpose.

🍀 Data foraging

A few weeks ago we were in Elisava in Barcelona, running a workshop where students had to create and curate small datasets. We called it “Data Foraging”—students had to wander around the ramblas, hunting for data.
