5 days till You Are Always On My Mind is out in the world :)) can’t wait to share it with everyone. this album roll out has felt like a lifetime but also moving so fast and now it’s almost here… the label has been sending it out for reviews and response though and i’m happy to report it’s been getting some nice words:

Monday (today): Join me and Fusilier The Lot Radio at 6 pm (tune in at thelotradio.com ) for a shared preview listening party of our records which are coming out on the same day (Friday).

Friday: RELEASE DAY. The record will be out on Bandcamp and all streaming platforms at midnight. Come to the release show at Market Hotel with Dreamcrusher and Holland Andrews , I’d love to see you there and it will be by far the biggest and most involved show I’ve done to date. There’s a lot to be excited about, but it is hard to feel joy or care about this release while the grip of fascism in this hellhole of a world seems to tighten every day. My friends have reminded me that art, especially trans art is important right now, and i have to continue to believe that music and art always serves a role in a shifting of consciousness or revolution. On the dark days I just don’t believe any of this is makes a difference— but I also think about the countless times art has saved my life so it must just be bad brain. So I’ll continue to shepherd this little project into the world… after all it’s my baby and i just want her to have the best life she can :)
