dance dance dance / practice makes perfect

hello !

i’m touching base to let people in the NYC area know that i’m doing my first *Official* dj gig tomorrow evening at Elsewhere for Bubble_T’s mid autumn fest rager. it’s the culmination of a side project that i started in my time in Iowa— to learn how to dj techno and move seamlessly through tracks and build an energy. i threw a rave once in iowa and dj’d that, so this is technically my second gig but i feel much more prepared for this one (i’m practicing! meticulously piecing each song transition together! who knew actually taking the time to work on something and practice ends up with you improving and getting better…)

while i love dancing to hardcore techno, i’ve recently been wanting to be smacked in the face by emotion and the thing that does that for me right now is euphoric eurotrance, it’s going to be so fun so please come if you’re free :))
