• Announced the Open Canvas Working Group last week. See announcement thread by Orion Reed.
• Set up:
  • Website at canvasprotocol.org.
  • a GitHub org with Discussions for async discussions and public accessibility
  • a Discord server for synchronous discussion
  • a newsletter for subscribing to updates via email and RSS
• Orion put together a feature comparison spreadsheet looking at many of the popular canvases.

Agenda:

1. Discuss goals and timeframes.
2. Discuss next step projects. (time-bound initiatives with clear goals)
3. Discuss shared resources. What do we need in order to accomplish the goals? What do we have?
