Here in Portugal, the 35ºC days have only recently turned into bucketloads of rain, so it’s now officially autumn. We spent most of the summer renovating and working on Turnip, our latest app. 🌱

Turnip is a time-tracking app designed for freelancers, small businesses, and other self-starter types. It lets you track time locally on your Mac for free, but where it really shines is tracking and syncing time with bookkeeping systems like FreshBooks and FreeAgent. We’ve been using it ourselves for some time now (we’re long-time FreeAgent users), and we think you’ll love it.

Turnip is currently available in the Mac App Store. It’s a free download, and you can trial all the pro features for thirty days, completely free and no-strings-attached.

We’re working on improved stats in the app, and then we’ll be adding more integrations. If you happen to use Wave, Xero, Harvest, Toggl, or anything else to track your time—drop us a line and we’ll see about adding support!

Finally, we’ve started work on a new version of Mic Drop. We’ve added a lot of features people have requested, and it’s coming along nicely. 🔥 We’ll keep you posted as things come into shape.
