OpenTelemetry profiling
With a PR titled Introduces Profiling Data Model, a new OpenTelemetry Enhancement Proposal (OTEP), we witness another step in the direction of adding support for profiles in addition to traces, metrics, and logs. This will allow to standardize continuous profiling offerings such as Parca and Pyroscope and unlocks more observability use cases. Exciting!
