Hi, friends!

Forgive the short notice—it has been a HECK of a month and I’ve been scrambling just to keep up! I’m glad we’re through September, and already settling into thoroughly enjoying my favorite month of the year.

Tomorrow is the first Wednesday, and the social is on!

Smithfield Hall turned out to be a great venue, so that’ll be our new home for the foreseeable future. We had a surprise record turnout last month—over 20 people!—and the manager was very welcoming and accommodating of our unexpectedly large group.

We’ll still be outside, at one of the tables in the sidewalk area out front. There are heaters, so we should be nice and cozy even if the air is crisp. Looking forward to relaxing and enjoying a glass of pumpkin-flavored something with you all!

The NYC Indie Games social is a monthly gathering for indie game devs of all stripes to mix and mingle in a casual, relaxed setting.

We’re back on for in-person gatherings on the first Wednesday of the month, outdoors.

Our new home is Smithfield Hall on W. 25th St.! We’ll be at one of the (heated!) tables outside, on the sidewalk.

Order through your phone using the QR code on the table or via the website—no need to split tabs!

VAX REQUIRED! Please don’t come if you’re not fully vaxxed and boosted, if you’ve recently tested positive and have not since tested negative, or if you’re not feeling healthy. We also recommend testing beforehand if you’ve been traveling or think you might have been exposed recently.
