Dear Parishioners,
As we enter the Sacred Paschal Triduum, we walk with Christ from the Last Supper, through the Cross, to the joy of the Resurrection. Below is our schedule for these holy days:
Holy Thursday – 5:00 pm Mass of the Lord’s Supper.
Adoration at the Chapel of Repose until 8:00 pm, as we keep watch with the Lord in prayer.
Good Friday –
2:00 pm – Rosary, Divine Mercy Chaplet, and Stations of the Cross
3:00 pm – Solemn Good Friday Service
Holy Saturday – 5:00 pm Mass
We wait at the tomb in hope. This night includes the blessing of the new fire, the lighting of the Paschal Candle, the seven readings that tell the story of salvation, and the renewal of our baptismal promises.
Blessing of Easter Baskets on Holy Saturday (and possibly Easter Sunday).
Easter Sunday – 11:00 am
Mass of the Resurrection of the Lord.
May these sacred days draw us closer to Christ and to one another.
