Our November 15th Christmas Bake Sale is fast approaching!
This year we are again requesting donations from our parish members and friends. If you can donate silent auction items, they would be greatly appreciated. Someindividuals prefer to make a cash donation towards the Silent Auction. I would be very
happy to shop for items if you choose to this option. (Call Denise Joss -204-345-5288)
Silent Auction Donations need to be new purchased items or new hand-made items.

Start bringing prizes to the church hall from October 28 – November 12th
We group the donated items into themed prizes worth $40 to $60.
Here are some theme ideas that we have used in the past prizes.
Pamper Your-Self – shampoos, body lotions, bath supplies & oils
Kitchen-appliances, tea towels, placemats, aprons, dishes, cutting tools
Food Baskets – Snacks & treats, cookbooks, Italian Meal (in a basket)
Entertaining –wine bottle and wine glasses / larger candles /music CD
Seasonal Items – indoor & outdoor ornaments/ lights /Christmas signs
Outdoor Items- bird houses, feeders, lawn ornaments or welcome signs
Family Night & Children- Board games, puzzles, popcorn, movie, music
Clothing & Jewelry – Winter Sets (scarf/hat/mitts), sports jersey, sweat-shirts, hoodies,
bracelets, watch, necklaces/Jets & Bombers items.
Tools and/or Tool bags- small tool sets, work gloves & mitts, toques
Bake Sale Donations: Friday Nov. 14th (please, drop-off 9:00 – 10:00 a.m.)
We will need many dessert slices, cookies, brownies, Christmas baking, fruit loaves,
buns, bread, pies, etc.) Please indicate the name of the item you’re donating.
Do not cut them. We try to cut uniform size pieces for the dainty plates.
