The Gods of North Star
Hi gang,
In our creation of North Star, spirits have come through in dream, vision, and omens pushing it to fruition.
These spirits are Apollo and Jupiter in Cancer. Thus, North Star is a ritual for Apollo and Jupiter in Cancer.
Apollo is the god of music and divination, fast cars, health, psychological well-being, & hot non-binary trans mascs.
Jupiter is the god of sharing, abundance, joy, knowledge, and literally looking into the sky.
North Star is a container where their spiritual natures are drawn down to earth. The gods are not hypothetical. They are here.
There will be rituals, songs, sacred fire, star gazing, fruit trees, butter, feasting—such that we may participate in their mysteries.
They are here because we asked them. They are here because they told us they wanted to be here. Same with our presenters. They are offering workshops that connect earth and sky- allowing attendees to participate in the mysteries that show up in the books & other works these mages have written.
North Star invites participants to meet the gods through myriad manifestations and embodied practices- through our celebrations, embodied workshops, and sacred fire.
In this way we become the phalanges at the end of the fingers of the gods.
This is the cosiest this event will ever be. We will grow - of that I have no doubt - but there is something so special about being at these smallest iterations of events like North Star. Friends & family vibes. In our participant group chat, we’re cooking plans for a craft station, themed cocktails, and a cozy zone with a record player to lounge about under the twinkle lights when the day of workshops has come to a close.
Also we’re thinking about offering an archery contest, has anyone mentioned that to this list?

Added bonus? Everyone who buys a ticket in from now to close, Hawk will take you on an IRL omen walk during the campout. Little prayer to apollo and then a wander in the forest? Sounds like a magical time to me.
