Join us for Tues, Oct. 24 pre-event Python meetup in Santa Rosa
Hello and happy Thursday! It’s Josh here from the North Bay Python organizing team with a couple brief notes:
1) Get your tickets on or before Friday to receive the early bird discount. Right now ticket prices start at $25, they’ll start at $50 after Friday!
Still on the fence or need to convince your manager? Check out our speaker lineup, we’ve announced over 75% of our sessions. We think the lineup and the business case we’ve outlined are pretty persuasive!
2) Join us next Tuesday evening in Santa Rosa for a pre-event meetup and potluck which we’re co-hosting with Web & Interactive Media Professionals (yes, WIMP). Details on Facebook.
There will be two short presentations from Andrew Godwin, a Django core developer, and Christopher Neugebauer, a fellow of the Python Software Foundation. I will also be in the mix, so this is an opportunity to come meet three of the five North Bay Python organizers.
I hope to see you next Tuesday -- and again in December!
Best,
Josh
